Practice Inbox
Practice spotting scam texts inside SmishAlert. These are not real messages.
Practice Inbox is a tab in the SmishAlert app for practicing on simulated scam texts. It is included with free Personal on iPhone and in the Android app on Google Play.
What you will see
These are not real messages. They never appear in your texting app, and they never come from a real company. A practice reminder stays on screen. After you respond, the app explains the warning signs.
Turn it on or off
Open the Practice tab and turn Practice Inbox on. Turn it off anytime in Settings. Expect about one practice message a month. Your personal texts are not part of practice.
If your organization uses SmishAlert
Your employer may see team-level practice results. They do not see your personal messages. Turning practice on is your choice.
